LONDON, July 17.
The Leith. dockers indulged in a riot. They broke hundreds of shop windows, stoned the police, and participated in a considerable amount of looting.
' The polico made a baton charge and dispersed the rioters. Eleven policemen were injured, and 30 persons taken to the hospital.
