Tho half-vearlv meeting of the United Lodge 1.0.0. F. was held'on Monday evening when a fair number of members were prient. N.G; Bro. E Eowo was in charge, and a word of' praise is due to him for tho very efficient manner in which the 'business''of the evening was conducted. The election <?f officers resulted in the following brothers being re-elected for a further term: N.G.,. Bro. E. Rowe; V.G;, Bro. L. A. Kirby; secretary,-.Bro. AY. Honum, P.G.; ' Treasurer,. T. E. Roacvear, P.G. The members are 1 'determined to wipe off, if possible, the debt on the hall,'' and with that object- in view' they decided to run a "Penny Art Union," and a strong mitt.ee, with the secretary and Bro. J. 11. Hinton, P.G., as joint secretaries, was cet up to make the necessary arrangements. At tie next mooting of the Lodgo a shooting match with tho 1.0.0.F; Miniature Rifle Club will be fired. The toast of "The Visitors" was responded to bv;i Bro. W. Kilpatrick, P.D.D.G.M. The debenture ballot resulted in cluster numbers 3, 9, and 16 being drawn, hold by six: members. I
