(Pep. United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 17. In the Supreme Court to-day decrees nisi were granted in the case of Mary Ann Burrows v. Piere Fench, Burrows (of New Plymouth), deeertioit; Thomas Frederick Fletcher v. listel Fletcher and John Waldon, misconduct ; and Josephine Cltapnian Briggs v. Michael Briggs, desertion. ' ' The following docreec were granted by Mr Justice Edwards, sitting in divorce to-' day : —Lydia Mabel Torbett v. FTancifi George Torbett, George Powell v. Lizzie Powell, Edith Victoria M'ldnnon v, Frank M'Kinnon, Edith Maude Hurle v. Henry Isaac William Hurle, Annie Shielo v. Robert Shiels, Thomas Phillips v. Sarah Ruth Phillips, and Mary Evelyn Aitken v. Thomas Aitken. Publication of. the evidence in the kit caae was forbidden by the Bench. ' CHR.ISTCHURCH, May 17. At the Supreme Court Thomas M'Kinnon Collins wa« found not guilty on a charge of committing an alleged indecent act. L. Herbert, 15 years of age, was ncr|iiittcd on ft charge of indecent assault. Cecil Smifchevs was found guilty of indecent assault. He was severely warned by his Honor, and in view of the special circumstances of the ease he was ordered to oome up fox sentence when called on.
