(Received May 14, at 10.45 p.m.) Tho annual report of the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company states that the profit for the year was £385,513. After writing off £108,158 for the loss of the Titanic, no dividend has been declared apart from the interim one paid in March, 1912. The sum of £100,000 has been transferred to the insurance fund, and £50,515 lias been carried forward. In addition to the loss of the Titanic and the Olympic the dock, strikes were costly to the Australian and New Zealand services. Mr Ismay Imrie is no longer manager of the White Star line.
