An earth tremor was felt in the city at 1 minutes pa*t 10 or. Saturday morning, wd was of a severe enough description to be remarked upon generally. The direction would seem to have been approximately north and south. The shock was more severe in Southland ihan in Owgo, and at Bluff was considered the most severe experienced for many years.
