OTTAWA, April 24. The Government's Closure Bill was read a second time m the House of Commons.
The Conservative Press hail the passage of the Closure Bill as the greatest of Mr Borden's personal triumphs, and predict that tho Naval Bill is now certain to pass.
It is understood that the Senato is not likely to attempt to kill tho Bill.
