COLLIERS' THREAT TO STRIKE,

LONDON, March 6. The Rhymney colliers are acting similarly to those at Rhondda, and tendering a month's notice to strike against the employment of non-unionists. This involves 53,000 men.

THE RICHARDSON CASE.

One man was arrested and another taken to the hospital. The men demand a compulsory conference and that all strikers be reinstated. The masters • decline these' terms. The Labour Federation has advised a resumption of woTk.

The Cabinet has Tesolved to put in action the provisions of the Arbitration Act against strikes.
