— Herr von Jagow, tho Chief of tho Berlin Police, has issued an order restricting tho atendance of children at the kinematograph entertainments. The kinematograph is forbidden to children under six years of age, and from six to 16 the children aro to bo allowed t<s visit only such performances as are specially arranged for juveniles. Hitherto tho police regulations forbado the attendance of. children under 14 at performances after 9 o'clock. No such special regulations exist for the attendance of children at the theatres, but apparently the difference in tho prices between theatre and kinematograph tickets lends the police to believe that there is no relative danger in the theatre.
