Sir,—May I, through the courtesy of your columns, intimato to the Dunedin public that the treasurer of tho Turvey Fund will shortly bring all subscriptions to a close? Some of tho subscription lists, which, accompanied by a circular, were .addressed to business (inns, etc., in this town, have not yet been returned, and it would be gratitying to tho treasurer —Mr J. B. Waters, of Waters, Ritchie, and Co.—if they were returned to ihim, subscribed to or otherwise, not later than tho 9th mst—• I am, eto., T. S. Guitii, Committeo Turvey Fund, Duncdin, March 5.
