DISPERSAL SALE.

Mackenzie's dispersal eale near Waikaka yesterday the Clydesdale ljred (imp.) realised 280gs, ■' Auehincruiko (imp.) 370gs, Dunure Thomas (imp.) 3logs, imported mare Harviestown Rita 310gs; imported rams realised 81, 51, 51, 40, 42, 34, and 32 guineas.

PROPERTY SALES.

Messrs James Samson and Co. submitted to auction at their rooms yesterday, on behalf of Mr James Brown, his nine-roomed residence, situated at 63 Cargill street. The property was purchased for £1650 by Messrs John Skene and Son (as agents).

HOTEL PROPERTY SALE.

Messrs E. L. Macassey and Co. report having sold, on behalf of Mr W. H. Kilgour, the lease, furniture, arid effccts of the George Hotel, Port Chalmers, as a going concern, to Captain N. Maodonald, late of Bluff.
