The Daily Telegraph's Constantinople correspondent reports an Arab movement in Asia Minor in the direction of autonomy, with representation in the Ottoman Ministry. The main points of their claims are the recognition of Arabic as the official language, with. Turkish as the medium of communication with Stamboul, a local High Court of Appeal, regional military service in peace time, and that the Customs and post office be federally controlled and all other revenues locally controlled.

SERVIA WANTS £12,000,000.
