'STARTLING REVELATION By a Modical Man, An eminent doctor recently said: " I frequently come across patients who imagine themselves to be the prey of some terrible internal malady—as for instance, cancer, tumours, etc.—and cure them simply by recommending them the regular use of an antiseptic mouth-wash. It is an indisputable fact that diseases of the stomach are often caused by an unhealthy condition of the teeth, which makes it self-evident that a systematic care of the teeth may prevent and in many cases cure such diseases. The daily use of an established and scientifically recognised antiseptic mouth-wash like the world-famed Odol, is of the utmost importance. The oldfashioned method of cleansing the teeth with powder or paste is useless as the parts most susceptible to disease are inaccessible to the toothbrush. For this reason I seriously and earnestly recommend everyone to accustom himself to a careful and regular treatment of the mouth with Odol. It is the only scientific mouth-wash."
