SPEAKER'S UNIQUE PROCEDURE. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. SYDNEY, February 21. Mr Wade sivys that the Speaker's action in regard to his censure motion will coino as a revelation to students of procedure. Ho accuses tho Government of sheltering behind the Speaker, whom he termed " their .august master." In the Assembly the Savings Bank Amalgamation Bill and tho Stato Coal Mines Dill we.ro reintroduced at the stage where they were interrupted last session. TWO CENSURE MOTIONS, , SYDNEY, February 21. (Received Feb. 21, at 8.45 p.m.) In .place of yesterday's lapsed motion, the Government was faced with two motions of censurc to-day. As soon as the Assembly met Mr i/ovien gave notice to move to-morrow that the Speaker (Mr Willis) does not possess tlio confidence of the House. His notice was greeted with Opposition cheers. A few minutes later 'Mr Wade, gave notice to movo io-morrow that the Government does not possess tho confidence of tho House. Mr Wade declined to accept Mr M'Gowcn's suggestion to procccd with the debate to-night. STATE IRONWORKS. SYDNEY, February 21. (Received Feb. 21, at 8.45 p.m.) The Cabinet has appointed Mr Ilolman, Mr Griffith, and Mr Beehy ,i special committee to inquire into tho question of the establishment of State ironworks. (Received Feb. 22, at 0.35 a.m.) After transacting formal business, tho Assembly adjourned pending tho censure debates to-morrow.
