(Reoeived Nov. 14) at 4 p.m.) Twenty-one Arab 3 have been sentenced to terms of imprisonment 'varying from threo 'woekfl to 12 months in connection with the recent riot. ADVICES IN AUSTRALIA. . SYDNEY, November 14. The Turkish Consul lias received offers from over 100 Australians to fight against the Italians. He has also had a cablegram from a Chiistchurch resident stating that he could raise. a troop, and prjbably a eqnadrdnj of experienced British veterans! ■ The Consul, in expressing his heartfelt thanks, explains that the new Turkish military regulations allow the incorporation of Oltomin subjects only in the Imperial army. The Italian Consul reports receiving a cablegram from Tripoli, dated November 11, which states that'the Italians celebrated the King's birthday, tho Arab chiefs rendering homage. Money was dis-, tribiited to tha poor.
