I)r liillio held a jx>st mortem examination. Tho stomach showed inflammation, that the liver was cirrhotic, and there was pneumonia of tho right lime. In hi.s opinion death was duo to pneumonia aggravated by exposure anil drink. Tho evidonoo indicated that deceased had apparently fallen down a 6ft bank, and lain on tho road all night. That was Iho probable eamo of the bmisw on tlio fr.ee. Tho juryVverdict was that death was duo to pnoumonia aggravated by exposure.
