Admiral Togo attended thn Worcester training ship old boys' dinner, during which General Nogi and Admiral Togo reviewed tho hurriedly-summoned boys. Tho Boy Scouts' camp in Hyde Park and tho colonial camp at Chelsea have broken up. Some of the lads aro spending a few weeks on furlough. Lord Cheylesmore has issued an order praising the colonials for their excellent behaviour, and the King is presenting them with photograplis of the Coronation scenes. AUSTRALIAN SYSTEM IN OPERATION. STDNEY, July 3. The new eystem of compulsory training ie now operative throughout Australia, The Sydney attendances at tho drills aro considered satisfactory.
