TROOPS IN READINESS.
ANOTHER. MAN ARRESTED. ■ LONDON, July 3. (Received July 4, at 1.8 a.m.) The second battalion of the South Staffordshire Regiment, which is at Lichfield, has been ordered to be in readiness to proceed to Liverpool or Hull. A man has been arrested in connection with the burning of the Silloth Lighthouse, belonging to the North British railway. ■
