At tho big event of 1909. Mr Duncan Eraser, tho winner of many championships, and decidedly tho most noted pigeon-shot in New Zealand was beaten by his own son! Donald Allen Fraser, aged sixteen, killed 20 birds out of 21 at the Now Zealand Pigeon Shooting Championship, fired at Wanganui, 1910, and thus became the champion shot of tho Dominion for thai year. Air Duncan Fraser's second was 18 birds. Both father and son we.ro firing " C.A.C." The popular and deadly cartridges of tho Colonial Ammunition Co., Ltd., thus scored another notable victory.
