TENDER FOR DREDGES
MISPLACED CONFIDENCE. Press Association—Bv Telegraph—Copyright MELBOURNE, June 29. A meeting of the Harbour Trust strongly criticised the New South Wales Government, It was stated that the trust had acccpted the Government's tender for dredges in preference to the foreign, although the latter was £10,000 cheaper. It now discovered that New South Wales was importing the buckets from Germany rind the gearing from France.
