. SEAMEN'S UNIONS IGNORED. LONDON, June 28. The conference of ship-owners now meeting here favours an increase of Wages, but decline? to recognise the seamen's unions. CONCESSIONS AT LIVERPOOL. BOARD OF TRADE INTERVENTION. LONDON, June 28. The Allen, Nelson, and Pacific Lines at Liverpool have conceded all the demands of the men, including those of the dockers. The Board of Trade will intervene at Hull.
