(Received June 29, at 11.10 p.m.) Mr Justice Grantham, speaking at Newcastle, referred to Mr Churchill's recent utterances. He Said the judges were prepared to go to prison rather than obey the dictates, he would not say of an unscrupulous Minister, but of a Minister who might make unfounded charges against judges.
