(Pkb United Passa Absociatioh.) NEW PLYMOUTH, Juno 29. In connection with t-lra cablegram from London regarding the registration of tho Inglewood Oilfields Company, a Daily News loprcscntative interviewed tlio chairman o£ directors of tho Ingtarood Oil and Prospecting Company (Mr Thomas Furlong, jun.}, who stated £ha,t tho syndicate witn whom lie had been in communication was represented in New Zealand by Mr A. T. Bate, of Wellington, who had assured tho directors that it _ was a strong and weatay syndicate. It will work tho properties and options orcf 7500 acres in tho Inglewood* district _ and 12,000 acres at Mokau, and conclusively test their resoutfoes. If warranted by prospecting, a larger company will bo farmed, in which tho present shareholders will have a third interest besides a probable cash payment. Meanwhile it-he company -will not transfer any of its options or interests. Tho syndicate is prepared to expend a large amount of it 3 capital in prospecting,
