ALLEGED UNDER-VALUATION. Press Association—By Telegnph—Copyright. BERLIN, May 11. The Bavarian Revenue Department is suing the heirs of the late Hitter Von Kleoin, a millionaire and a member of the Upper House, for £180,000, on the ground that for 20 years he valued his property at from two to four million marks, whereas it was really worth 40 millions.
