In the action brought by Francis Joseph Ronald, valuer to the Law and Guarantee Trust Company, against the proprietors of .John Bull for alleging that lie was incompetent, and responsible for losses of the company; also for alleging that he was appointed because he was the general manager's son, a verdict was given for the defendants.
