FINANCIAL CRISIS.

LONDON, March 24. The financial crisis in connection with the South Wales' Miners' Federation is acute. Despite a special levy of 2s per month and the British Federation's contribution of £300 weekly, a weekly deficit of £500 is being taken from, the reserve, the original £120,000 hawing b&en exhausted.
