INTERVENTION IN MAY,

A report from San Antonio states that the United States intends to intervene in Mexico in May unless the insurrection ia crushed. >Six thousand additional men are preparing to join the American forces. The leader of the revolutionary forces at Junta declares that the insurgents' policy is to capture; and hold Chihuahua, He slates that if the United States inter* venes tho insurgents will' fight the in«. vadcrs.
A report has been received' in Washington that General Madero has issued decrees holding that President Diaz will be Irersoiially responsible .for homicide if insurrectionists are shot under the suspension of guarantees for personal safety. All the State officials aiding.' President Diaz will be held responsible as accessories,
