LONDON, March 21. (Received March 21,. at 10.15 p.m.) In the House of Commons during the debate on the Navy Estimates Lord Charles Beresford declared that Germany would have 35 capital ships in ISI7, and probably 58, silica she must continue building owing to the money invested in tfej yard« and the armament lactones and the number of workmen employed.
