MELBOURNE, March 21. The IfeeliabiW Conference resolved, in order to promote full fraternal unity, to establish a Rechabite Federal Council or movable conference for Australia and Now Zealand. It was also recommended that there be a consolidation of the sick funds, and that in view of the arrival of large numbers of the British.
