Arthur Hcathcoto Jerviss (Cliristchurch), claim £2 12s 6d, book supplied, with costs (10s); eamo v. Joseph Henry Kirkess (Wcl. lington), claim 17s. for boolce supplied, with costs (ss); Universal Post-card Company (Mr Allen) v. John Hagcrty (Winton), claim for goods, £4 96. with costs (IO15); R. H. Scott and Co. (Mr Payne) v. W. Robey, claim £2 7s 6d, for goods supplied, and costs (10s); Paterson and Barr v. David Grant (Temulca), daini 4s, for goads suppljed, with ooste (ss).
