Judgment was given for plaintiffs in tho following undefended casts:—ll. Hart v. George Liddle, claim £1 6s sd, goods supplied, with costs (ss); Johnston, Sons, and Co. (Mr Scantlebury) y. Ernest Albert Josephson (Kaiapoi), claim £2 Us 6d, for books supplied, with costs (10s); samo v. Eobert. Lydster (Kaiapoi), claim £4 is 6d, for books supplied, with costs (13s); eame v. Arthur Hcathcoto Jerviss (Cliristchurch), claim £2 12s 6d, book supplied, with costs (10s); eamo v. Joseph Henry Kirkess (Wcl. lington), claim 17s. for boolce supplied, with costs (ss); Universal Post-card Company (Mr Allen) v. John Hagcrty (Winton), claim for goods, £4 96. with costs (IO15); R. H. Scott and Co. (Mr Payne) v. W. Robey, claim £2 7s 6d, for goods supplied, and costs (10s); Paterson and Barr v. David Grant (Temulca), daini 4s, for goads suppljed, with ooste (ss). Judgment Summons.—ln tho case of Irwin and Irwin v. Colin Campbell, judgment was given for the plaintiff for tho frill amount, £2 10s 5d for 6crvicea rendered, and costs (ss), and defendant, who did not appear, was ordered to pay the amount before March 31, in default threo dagi' gnprifionrnent
