LONDON, February 8. The Naval and Military Emigration League, Lords Roberts presiding, han appealed for financial support to send annually 1000 ex-scrvicc men overseas. It is stated that 200 have already emi-

grated.

The emigration agent has advertised in the London papers for 30 masons, 100 carpenters, and 100 bricklayers to proceed to Australia each paying M» own fare.
