Router's Madrid correspondent states that the Cabinet, having completed the first part of its programme; has resigned in order to ascertain whether it still retains King Alfonso's confidence.

King Alfonso has renewed his confidence in Senor Canalejas, and the latter is forming a more homogeneous Liberal Cabinet. Senor Gasset is the new Minister of Public Works, Senor Castrillo becomes Minister of the Interior, and Senor Salvatore Minister of Instruction.
