LONDON, January 1. In response to the Anti-Slavery and Aborigines' Protection Societies' appeal, the Rev. J. Harris and his wife, who wore in the Congo from 1898 till 1905, will start in March on a 12 months' tour of the basin of the Congo, with a view to reporting the progress of reforms for the amelioration of tho natives' lot.
