Jack Vincaid otherwise, known as Vinegrad, also aa Isaac Vinegrad, or Vinegard, who carried , ' on business as a mercer in Manners street, is missing. His brother, Abraham Vmegard, was summoned to give evidence as to his knowledge of tho whereabouts of his brother,' and as to his knowledge of Hie act of bankruptcy alleged in the peti won-" that, with-intent to defraud and delay his creditors, 'Jack Vineyard departed from his dwelling-house and otherwise absented himself ,within tho last three months," Abraham Vincgard in examination, denied all knowledge of tho whorcabonts of his brother who hid informed hinron September 27 last that ho intended going to Rotorua.
