Co-operative dairy companies did not ISSU3 sham, to tho general public, but only to. suppliers, and when a supplier left tho district he had to sell his shares to the remaining shareholders, Henco the public interest was not concerned, and tho request to-be allowed to. employ an auditor in tho'district, whether a member of tho Accountants' .Association or not, was perfectly reasonable.
