DEATH OF MISS O'BRIEN
CHARGE AGAINST JOHN BROWN. ACCUSED REMANDED. Preus Association-J3y Telegraph-Copyright. SYDNEY, August 30. (Received August 30, at 8.35 p.m.) John Brown has been remanded on a charge that while knowing that Nurse Brown, his mother, did feloniously kill the girl O'Brien, he did afterwards assist Nurse Brown, Bail was refused.
