EXTENSIVE FRAUDS
OFFICIALS BRIBED. Pr«ss Association—Br Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, August 30. (Received August. 31, at 0.15 a.m.) Twelve Octroi officials are implicated in frauds totalling £200,000. They were handsomely bribed to permit the free withdrawal of goods.
