(Received July 30, at 0.5 a.m.) A movement is in progress to secure King George's consent to the ceremonial investiture of the Prince of Wales fit Carnarvon or Cardiff in 1911. It is Hoped in influential quarters that there will ultimately be unanimity in favour 01 Carnarvon.
