ARBITRATION COURT.
DUNEDIN TRAWLERS' AWARD,
The employers who are parties to the Dunedm trawlers' award, fifed .yesterday with tho clerk of awards an application to havo tlio awa.r<l amended as follows':—To delete the words in clause I—"The hours of work not to exceed 12 hours in any ono day without payment of overtime" in the Second and third lines, and "12 hours have been worked in any one day or in the foutli lino. Clause 1 would then read—"Tlie week's work shall not e ? < ~*d 70 hours, subject to fea following condition, when more than 70 horus are worked any one week overtime at tho rate hereinafter specified shall Ik paid," iS i n l l ® delete tho words "beyond 12 horus in any one day." In clause 2 add the words "at tho rate of" after tils Word "paid" where it occurs in subclauses A, B, and C.
