Tho programme for the spring meeting, on octobor!l2 and 15,' was. approved, the stakes aniounting' to £1615. , It was unanimously resolved'that, owing to the ignorance displayed by members of Parliament in the. discussion on the question of tho totalis&for and racing, this committee and mqiiibprs of the blub take steps to make their influence known and felt. ■ '
