BERLIN, July 28. (Received July 28, at 10 p.m.) , ■ With a view of linking trade interests arid eolbnial .administration, Herr Lindequist has invited the chambers of commerce in Berlin, Hamburg, Chemanitz, and other cities to nominate delegates constituting the Colonial Department's Permanent Industrial Committee.
Incidentally he mentions the necessity for the regulation of production in the colonies, especially wool, cotton, and other raw material.
