SYDNEY,' July 28. ■ (Received July 28, at 8.20 p.m.) The Industrial Coul't. dismissed the Colliery Employees'. Federation's application for the dissolution of the Northern Collieries Wages Board.

The president, in giving judgment, said it was admitted that the whole object was to get rid of Mr 'Paterson, the employees' representative. He had come to the conclusion that a sufficient case had not been' made ont to (justify him in holding an investigation into Mr Paterson's conduct in order to find out, ■\vnether lie was incapable or whether he had been guilty of .misconduct and prevarication.
