ANDERSON'S BAY TRAM TRACK.

DIFFICULTY FINALLY SETTLED.

Tho Anderson's Bay tram track difficulty has been finally settled. At last night's meeting of tho City' Council the following, minute (dated July 27) from the tramways manager was read:—

"Bo instructions from tho' town clerk, dated 26th inst., covering letter from R. W. Holmes, re duplication of Anderson's Bay line, I respectfully beg to report that a settlement of this matter might bo immediately com© to if the following arrangement wove agreed io.
