(Received June 10, at 11.20 p.m.) The Earl of Yarmouth sought to retain 500,000d01, the realty portion of 'Alice Thaw's dowry, but the Alleghany court ordered iti reconveyance to her' under. a hurriedly-drawn trusteeship clause in connection with her marriage settlement' papers, which gave him an "interest only.
Alice Thaw was formerly. the wife of the Earl of Yarmouth. They were married in 1903, but the marriage was dis-. solved in 1908.
