NEW YORK BUCKET-SHOPS
COMMUNICATION WITH THE STOCK EXCHANGE. INTERESTING DISCLOSURES. Press Association—By Telegraph—Conyn'sht. WASHINGTON, April 4. It is staled that the bucket-shops possessed a fast leased wire to the New York Stock Exchange, -which furnished them with reports some minutes ahead of the regular tape machines. The Government official tapped tho wires, and ascortoiued that not one-twentieth of tho commissions offered were executed.
