MR AND MRS ROOSEVELT
VISIT TO KHARTOUM. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CAIRO, March 16. Mr and Mrs Roosevelt and daughter are staying at the Palace in Khartoum. They inspected the battlefields round the city, and Mr Rosevelt addressed the students at Gordon College. Ho said lie was greatly impressed with the wonderful results of British rule, particularly with the palatial houses and gardens at Khartoum.
