A NARROW ESCAPE. SYDNEY, March 17. The barque Phnro*, which Ims arrived from Antofagasta, narrowly • escaped foundering. She was' caught in a. cyclone when she was 80 miles off the Cook group, and was i.lnown cu her beam ends.
