A BOLD RESOLUTION. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright ... BERLIN, March 15. (Received March 16, at 9.20 p.m.) The Reichstag has adopted Herr Ledehour's resolution in favour of making the Imperial Chancellor responsible to the Reichstag—such responsibility to extend to all the Kaiser's political acts and omiesioijs,—and declaring that tho Chancellor's responsibility should he regulated by a State tribunal. .
The majority, which was small, included the entire Left, the Poles, and the entire Centre. .
