At the annual meeting of the Gisborne Sheep-farmers' Frozen Meat Company Mr tie Lautour (chairman) stated that the combination among all the freezing companies should effect beneficial results in regard to the fair regulation oi freights, insurance, and to some extent opening up new markets and the regnlatoin of those now available. Personally ho had no great faith in the possibility of regulating the London market, but agreed that much good could be done by effective combined action on the part of arrival in order to see that the New Zealand farmer obtained fair treatment and that the English customer got what he wanted and paid for New Zealand meat. He favoured immediate action by such companies as would work together. Bewaro of imitations. Call for WOLFE'S SCHNAPPS.
