LONDON, December 4. (Received Dec. 5. at 5.5 p.m.) President Diaz has informed Mr Knox. (United Stales Secretary of State) of President Ztlaya's gu j]t, and urges the necessity for intervention. Mr Knox has sent- a. notification to the Xiravnguan Chargo dVUfniiw, followed by a letter, scathingly denouncing President Zolnya as a tyrant and the author of_ incessant turmoil, his administration being a blot on civilisation.
