Tho question was again talked out, principally by leaseholders, until the dinner adjournment, and it accordingly stands deferred until Monday afternoon, when tho oxporience of the past two days may or may not be repeated. In the meantime the bill, of course, remains suspended, like Mahomet's coflin, in mid-air. It has emerged from the privacy of the committee room, but it has not yet reached the table of the House.
